This limited edition Scripture Memory Journal includes tips and techniques to make memorization easier. Everyone's mind works differently, and the same systems that work well for one of us might not work as well for another. But I want to pass along what I can from what I've learned. This journal comes from my heart that longs to hide God's Word in a way that sticks, and inside, you'll find the tools that I've developed over the years on my own Scripture memory journey.
The method I've laid out inside of the journal will take you, step-by-step, through a Scripture memory process that helps you to lock God's Word into your heart and apply what you're memorizing to your life so that it really sinks in. So many people struggle with memorization, and I long to be able to pass along what is helping me (even with mom-brain and on multiple medications for CRPS) to memorize large portions of Scripture in very little time. I've found the method inside of this journal effective for learning a single verse or even an entire book of the Bible.
More than anything, I want this journal to help take the pressure off of the idea of Scripture memorization that can seem really intimidating. I want you to have a consolidated place to keep track of what you're hiding in your heart, and I want you to have a chance to try these techniques and see if they help you as much as they've helped me!
"I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you," (Psalm 119:11, NIV).
In addition to the journal, I've created a few FREE resources for you. Below, you'll find "9 Steps to Easier Scripture Memorization," that walks you through my Scripture memory method, as well as two printable worksheets that give you a taste of the techniques you'll get to practice right inside of the Hidden journal.
